    I am directly in charge of business strategy management of whole division metal, and with that in mind I am leading internal team of product managers which are in charge for assortment of welding, machines, material processing tools, Hahn+Kolb assortment, fasteners and safety equipment. I create business strategy and plan sales in period of one year and longer. Creating new opportunities in terms of planning new products after analysis of the market, which will eventually result with grow for company in terms of grow of revenue and profit.

Products of interest are: climate chambers, ventilators, water pumps, water jet cutting machines, heat exchangers, separators and decanters, channels, etc. My position was the product manager for potential buyers, analysis of demand, price analysis and current state of the market, as well as presenting the product portfolio to potenial buyers, making offers with the articals, receipt of orders, dispatch of the products from stock, and controlling the commissioning of particular products.

    Practical Work

    Primarily, this practical work was imagined as the base for the experimental part of my final paper for the master\\\'s degree in mechanical engineering. During this practical work, I was introduced to company\\\'s business, production line, as well as to the workers in the production sector. Having used the company\\\'s equipment as well as the worker\\\'s knowledge, especially of Mr. Nemanja Jevtić, I was able to successfully finish the experimental part of my final paper. The very process of writing the final paper has lasted for six months and it was consisted of welding the fillet welds and conducting the statistical analysis which was based on proving the link between main welding parameters and geometrical characteristics of the welded welds.

    By doing occassional voluntery practical classes, I strived to follow the educational process as well as the chosen course at the faculty. I was introduced to complicated technological processes of making parts for transmission line poles, galvanizing, grinding, welding and drilling them. Furthermore I learned how to \\\read\\\ the technical drawings of the transmission line poles and to actively participate in their installation. Aditionally, I participated in the installation of several antenna poles at different locations in my country, such as: Ostrozac, Ozren, Tuzla, Rajlovac, Zenica, etc.
