 Managed automation and robotics projects in P&G Rakona Manufacturing site.  Analyzed automation projects opportunities in production lines.  Led the technical solution, coordinated suppliers, estimated cost and tracked timeline of the projects.  Main projects: - Pilot project of the first COBOT (Collaborative Robot.) in packaging production line. 90k $ Investment - Pilot AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) for supplying pallets to production line. 250k $ investment. - Robot for depalletizing pallets in packaging production line. 100k $ investment.
