Key project: Leadership of obtaining ISO 17025 Lab accreditation (Physical, Chemical and Mechanical properties in scope) and accreditation maintenance on daily basis; lab personnel supervision; - Laboratory test equipment development (HW & FW); - Data acquisition and laboratory testing software development (Qt5 C++, VBA, uC) - Coordination of local and participation in international Inter-laboratory comparisons; statistical data processing, estimation of measurement uncertainty budget; - Representation of the company at National & EAC region standardization committee, participating at National Standards development.

Key projects: 3M 9922P, 3M VFlex 916X valved, 3M AirStream with intrinsic safety - Localization and development of new products (Respiratory protection devices) and further launching of its production on Volokolamsk plant; - Development of the manufacturing equipment and lines to support the production, prototyping; - Interaction with global and local 3M R&D teams and external vendors; project management.

- Interaction with customers. Finding of technical solutions to fulfill customers’ demands; - Conducting of lab test related to physical and mechanical product properties; - Technical training and demonstration related to product applications; - Development of digital templates for polyurethane films used for vehicle paint protection for CIS and Europe market (Automotive Aftermarket Department).
