    2020 – Today: local contract – engineering team Project : o Follow up of project with the design made in USA: Reporting, Lesson Learning, design validation… o Installation and debugging of new productions machines: specifications, consultations & supplier management, studies validation, debugging and starting (test benches, deshunting and bending machines and tools, …) o Prototyping and feasibility studies for new projects or process improvements (investment reduction, operational cost reductions…) Production (Methods): o Machine adjustments and parameters: Laser/Electric/Ultrasonic Welding, test benches, deshunting,…. o Continuous Improvement: scrap / efficiency, redaction of reaction plans, training for production teams, training and support to maintenance teams • 2018 – 2020: « Volontariat International en Entreprise » - engineering team Support of the local industrialization / maintenance teams to help settle a new plant in Mexico: o Same missions

    • 2015 – 2018: Permanent contract – engineering team o Project Management. Feasibility test, specifications, consultation & supplier management, studies validation, starting and debugging, maintenance and production teams training (Injection presses installation, robots cells integration or upgrade, …) o Participation to the application to a national innovation project program: PIAVE subventions (project we obtained, starting in September 2016) and to his management (robotic manager) • 2014 – 2015: temporary contract (18 months) – engineering team o Mission of process improvement / innovation: Feasibility study for robot cells / automatization of manual tasks: offline studies (cells layout, trajectories simulation), grippers design, prototyping and test on actual hardware to validates critical points
