 Managed and drove a 4-year “Transformation” project with a total value of €1.2bn throughout its lifecycle including presenting project progress to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.  Planned and monitored the activities for 6 different teams of 14 project managers to deliver a complete transformation of all internal and external service delivery, banking product offering, and restructure of the business.  Fully implemented and delivered an Anti-Money Laundering project which included the setup and delivery of a new application as well as the reformation of all compliance procedures resulting in an improved customer experience.  Consistently delivered resourcing and financial savings to the organization including reducing the time to process transactions by almost 35% and increased the number of transactions reviewed while the released effort of 9 FTE’s.
