To prepare RFIs (information requests) according to the changes required due to changing site conditions or missing information, for the approval of the responsible unit. Assessing the impact of changes on the cost by defining the project budget follow-up and changes. - Performing site visits for quality assessment, solving execution problems on-site and monitoring the progress of Electromechanical works Collecting all closing documents from contractors and vendors for customers\' future references. Identify and analyse Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering problems, later on, formulate solutions. Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for MEP works based on tender drawings and design data provided by design consultants. Besides, for the use of turnkey projects such as Airports, hospitals, factories, shopping malls, hotels, commercial and residential towers etc, Main / Sub/ Final distribution boards, HVAC & MCC / MCCB Panels, automatic power factor correction (APF), AMF and synchronization boards, busbar systems and peripheral devices.
