My passion lies in combining technical and commercial feasibility. This plays into the role of cross-functional product development. My strengths include understanding customer preferences, market and technology, thereby capable of handling interdisciplinary projects and finding innovative solutions.
At LyondellBasell, I was a part of the team developing a manufacturing technology, which offered new automotive design and light-weighting possibilities. Here I led a 7-member management team, in developing a product roadmap, which is used as a strategic plan from 2017 to 2022. Additionally, I estimated the market potential in hundreds of millions of euros by sampling 40% of the defined market using A2mac1 benchmarking database.
Currently, I volunteer as a strategy consultant at an Indian startup. In a short time, I succeeded in carrying out market research, cost competitiveness analysis and launching an e-commerce sales channel in Germany.
I am certified as a competent leader and a communicator by Toastmasters International. I hold a Masters in Automotive Production Engineering from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, Germany. In addition, I have also volunteered with social organisations such as UNICEF in Germany, MAD (Make a Difference) in India and other opportunities within the community.
