As a Product Development Engineer, I was mainly dealing with the design and development of OE summer passenger products. My responsibilities are, 1- Development of Mercedes Benz summer passenger OE tires such as S-Class, C-Class. 2- Managing whole product design development, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), testing, and submission activities from nomination until starting of mass production. 3- Support plants during the development and industrialization phase by using several tools such as finite element analysis (FEA) Creo MS office Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Excel etc. 4- Follow up the schedules to deliver the required products to the customer on time without jeopardizing any tire performances.

Ford Otosan is a publicly-traded company, where Ford Motor Company and Koc Holding have equal shares. Ford Otosan is the biggest commercial vehicle production center of Ford in Europe. I was a Process Engineer, go into details regarding upcoming new projects to the paint-shop, followings have requested me to achieve. 1- Manage upcoming projects of Ford’s commercial models in terms of Paint-Shop plant issues by using Siemens Teamcenter. Perform required FMEA and upgrade current systems for new models, evaluate FMEA, and alert for significant problems. 2- Prepare new projects including wax, sealer, PVC, EC (Electrocoat), NVH automation robots. 3- Follow up project schedules and complete those in time to prevent any manufacturing numbers loss. 4- Control new internal projects and their continuous improvement implications. 5- Being a contact point between Ford of Europe and Ford Otosan during launch phases
- TANAP 2016 - 2017
TANAP is a ~1850km natural gas pipeline project from Georgian-Turkish Border to Greece. It is a vital part of the southern gas corridor which carrying production from the Shah Deniz to the European Union. The scope consists of a subsea pipeline across the Dardanelles Strait, dozens of block valves, and several pigging stations in addition to two compressor & four metering stations. As a Project Engineer, I was based in Ankara-Turkey and dealing with the LOT-2 section (Erzincan to Sivas ~500M $) during the construction phase. Directly reported to the construction manager and the scope of my duty was followings, 1- Supporting construction manager in terms of onshore pipeline construction. 2- Evaluating potential changes/deviations and starting change procedure in order to secure quality assurance. 3- Managing changes and preparing technical reports in line with the construction manager\'s directives to the commercial disciplines. 4- Follow up/report technical/contractual matters such as all correspondences (letters, transmittals & MOM), request for information (RFI) & deviation requests (DVR), change orders, client\'s supply items (Line pipe, hot bends, valves, etc.), MTO, drawings, method statements, pipeline integrity, as-built data, and other technical documents\\specifications.
