Internship in Operations Division, Central Allocation Unit

At the EIB I assisted the Central Allocation Unit in the implementation of Multiple Beneficiary Intermediated Loan operations, including eligibility checks – verifying the admissibility of allocation requests received from financial intermediaries –, review of contractual documentation and monitoring of post-signature events.Under the supervision of the Head of Unit, I worked in close cooperation with the Unit’s Operational Assistants and Analysts in view of contributing to the monitoring and verification activity of the Unit. My main tasks were:• Verification of the shareholder structure of final beneficiaries • Verification of compliance with contractual documentation • Confirm eligibility of final beneficiaries • Preparation of reports for funds’ allocations • Update of EIB database

Internship in Fleet Management & External Services

As an intern at Clearstream, I supported its Luxembourgish team with handling mainly the invoicing process. My internship gave me a view on the Fleet management processes along with the tool used for maintaining the whole Deutsche Börse Group Company Cars.My responsibilities were: • Commercial contracts management, operational management of leasing contracts and fleet customer support • Preparation and verification of incoming invoices • Management of informatics accounting systems for cars and fuel balances • Assistance of insurance cases and damage reports • Assistance in the order process for the company cars • Management of leasing contracts, drivers’ contracts and contacts with HR Department
