Wireless Charging System
Wireless charging of an electric vehicle, build for the Applied Energy Laboratory. Developed 3,3kW prototype system to charge a Lithium-ion battery. - Studied the theory and the principle of wireless charging through articles and circuits analysis. - Developed and ran a level 2 PSIM simulation of the system. - Evaluated the problems in the design and solved them. - Constructed a fully functional prototype using high frequency power electronics. - Tested the prototype with full load and kept measurements for evaluation of the system.
