SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Location: Denmark

Full-time, on-site

ROLE:

  • Repair and test claimed parts and robots

  • Troubleshoot and report findings in our systems

  • Maintain and document findings in our system

  • Maintenance of robots used for trade shows and demos

  • Work from checklist, service requests and instruction

  • Deliver according to SD targets

  • Inspection and receipt of incoming goods

  • Update and maintain a range of records and documentation on warranties

MUST HAVE:

  • Technical background (mechanical, electrical)

  • Proven troubleshooting experience on technical equipment

  • Quality minded and understand the importance of procedures and registration

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively

  • Approachable and takes pride in providing a high standard of service and support to customers and partners

  • A self-starter who is resourceful and initiates work without specific instruction

  • High level in spoken and written English is a must
