Industrialization: Modification of CAD 3D in order to ensure correct adjustment of pieces. Check the new PIC / modificacions made in the pieces by comparison of phisical piece and 3D CAD. Check configuration in Team Center. Creation of new Snapshots in Team Center to ensure blocking the designs. Check and creation of new index in pieces.

Design & Quality engineer

Design & Quality engineer of aeronautical projects: Boeing & SAAB JAS39 and T-X.- Analysis of the problems found by the suppliers.  Analysis of all the information related to the problem.  FMEA. Determine the root cause.- Conception of the possible SMART solutions:  Strain-stress analysis.  Evaluation of changes: 2D, 3D, Guides for Use and Assembly, new materials, routing cards.  Identify the risks of each piece and the sub-assemblies.  Update technical documentation when required.- Ensure pieces are released according to the schedule.

Packaging Engineer & Project Manager

Packaging Engineer & Project Manager for projects: Megane, Kadjar, Captur.- Management of stakeholders and monitoring of projects during the milestones:  Identification of requirements and limitations.  Provision of necessary resources.  Management of emerging problems in order to ensure deliveries in time and budget.- Economic analysis of packaging: 15% cost reduction of serial deliveries. - New technical development of packaging (3D, 2D) according to client’s requirements.- Conduct Tests and validation of packaging in the factory with the stakeholders:  Prototype.  First series.- Generation, analysis and validation of technical documents.

Continuous improvement engineer

Continuous improvement engineer. Programs: Airbus A400M, A350 and Falcon F7X.- Internal improvement studies and set up SMART action plans:  Definition of processes, methods and material for work operations.  Efficient use of auxiliary and direct materials.  LEAN, TPM: identification and optimization of bottleneck activities.- New solutions. Verification of expected results Vs obtained results:  Increase of % of client’s accepted pieces without reworking.  Reduction of the time to inspect pieces thanks to poka-yokes.- FMEA analysis. Root cause. Train to operators in order to achieve 0 defects. - Technology of materials: CFRP, GFRP, Kevlar, adhesives.- Generation, analysis and modification of documentation of aircraft’s components.- CAD, CAM: Programming of cutting machines.
