I am a Senior Design Engineer from India with overall 8 plus years of
experience in Automotive seating system/ Structures/Complete seat Design. Currently
working with a world class leader in Automotive Seating systems producer “Adient India
Pvt Ltd” and looking for job in European countries to get Global exposure and for career
growth. Also I have learned Deutsch Language till B1 level from Goethe. I have
supported for Complete lifecycle of Seating Design projects, right from quote to Final
Production release. I am a Hard worker with a mind-set of continuous learning, flexible
and capable of taking responsibilities. Always intend to support for the growth of

Senior Design Engineer
Bench marking & Concept design of Automotive Seating components. Translate defined product design performance criteria from RFQ document into CAD data. Packaging study of all components and mechanisms in seat structures within the Environment CAD. Follow Regulatory requirement and carry out complete seat investigations (Meet to Metal, critical Gap identification, Seat Belt Anchorage (SBA) zone, Anti-Submarine zone, Isofix zone etc.) Modeling and assembly of sheet metal parts as per design guidelines also w.r.t the project inputs. Anticipate the potential issues regarding assembly, tooling, welding, design flaws, etc. Preparation of Engineering BOM, Seat structure Family Variants EBOM and Weld BOM. Force & Moment of Inertia Calculation for various parts. Modifying parts based on FEA/CAE results and Forming analysis report to make the CAE status Green in Front Impact, Rear Impact, SBA and Luggage retention tests. Creation of manufacturing drawings for all parts and assemblies of structure. Release of all parts, assemblies and drawings through proper process in PLM – Team center.
