In cooperation with our legal advisors, we have also created a data processor agreement that likewise meets the demands of the GDPR.

During the free subscription period, if the Company find a suitable candidate and want to establish any type of collaboration with that candidate then the Company agrees to pay the success fee in the amount of 2200 Euros per hired candidate. The Company is not allowed, under any circumstances, to avoid the payment, nor to hire, directly or by means of any third parties, any candidate searched or found on the Bright-Minded database/website/portal during the trial period – 30 days since the account creation plus a period of 24 months from the end of the trial period.
